Site information / Inquiry privacy

Your brief and your information.

What this website collects through the Executive Brief and how that pathway works.

Effective October 3, 2026.

Information you submit

The Executive Brief collects your name, business email, company, brands or locations, websites, priority, timing, optional budget and the vision you describe. It is used to review and respond to your business inquiry.

Storage and notifications

Briefs are saved as private records in this website’s WordPress administration. They are available to authorized site administrators. A notification containing a link to the record is attempted to the existing site administrator; the message does not include the full brief.

The form uses a session validation token and a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and delivery services process the website requests needed to operate this pathway. Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, private financial records or sensitive client information.

Questions and requests

You may use the Executive Brief to request a correction or removal of an earlier inquiry. Identify the original business and email, and describe the request without adding sensitive information. The request must be reviewed before an action is taken.

This notice describes the current inquiry pathway. Any additional service, payment process or third party integration needs its own applicable information and agreed terms before use.
